Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 4, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Moore Digital Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates Classroom Wishlist. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

What Classroom Wishlist does

Classroom Wishlist gives teachers a shareable page that presents an existing Amazon Wishlist and lets supporters leave a note about what they sent. We don’t sell products, process payments, ship anything, or handle donations. All purchases happen on Amazon under Amazon’s terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photo, text, and links you add. By posting them you give us permission to display them on your public page and within the service. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload — including permission to post any photo — and that it doesn’t include student personal information or anything unlawful.

Amazon affiliate disclosure

Moore Digital Holdings LLC participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Wishlist links shared through Classroom Wishlist include our Amazon Associates tracking ID, which means we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links. This never changes the price a supporter pays, and it does not affect the teacher’s wishlist or what they receive. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon beyond participation in this program, and Amazon is not responsible for this site.

Acceptable use

Don’t impersonate another teacher or school, post misleading fundraising claims, harass anyone, upload harmful code, scrape the site, or use it for anything illegal. Follow your school or district’s policies about soliciting classroom donations — that responsibility is yours, not ours.

Supporter submissions

Notes left through the gift form are written by third parties. We don’t verify that a gift was actually purchased, and we aren’t responsible for the accuracy of anything a supporter submits.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. We aim to keep the service running but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, Moore Digital Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost gifts, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
