Classroom Wishlist (“we,” “us”) is operated by Moore Digital Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This page explains what information we collect when you use Classroom Wishlist and what we do with it. It is maintained by Moore Digital Holdings LLC and is not an independent audit or certification.

Information teachers provide

When you create an account we store your email address and the details you choose to put on your public page: your name, grade, school, welcome message, accent color, an optional photo, and the Amazon Wishlist link you paste. Your public page is intentionally visible to anyone with the link. Your email address is not shown on it.

Information supporters provide

When someone tells a teacher they sent a gift, we store the name, optional email address, optional note, and the item they typed in. That information is shown to the teacher who owns the page and is not shown publicly. Please don’t submit sensitive personal information through the gift form.

Children

Classroom Wishlist is intended for teachers and adult supporters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

How we use information

We use it to run the service: to sign you in, render your page, show you who supported your classroom, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising on Classroom Wishlist.

Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers to host the application, database, authentication, and file storage. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. Amazon is not affiliated with Classroom Wishlist; when a supporter follows your wishlist link, Amazon’s own privacy policy applies to what happens on their site.

Security

Accounts are protected by authentication, and database access rules restrict each teacher’s supporter list to that teacher. Uploaded photos are stored in a private bucket and served through time-limited links. No online service can promise perfect security, so we don’t.

Retention and deletion

We keep your page and supporter notes for as long as your account is active. You can edit or clear your page details at any time. To delete your account and its data, email us at the address below and we’ll take care of it.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Classroom Wishlist after a change means you accept the updated policy.
